For the purposes of this document ‘Eleven Events Ltd’ and ‘Camp Royale’ shall be
Access to Camp Royale
All guests are required to book their place at Camp Royale in advance. To make a booking, guests should use the Paypal booking process.
A Camping Pass shall be given to each camper arriving with Paypal confirmation of his/ her booking.
Guests are required to be in possession of their camping passes at all times. Only those guests in possession of valid camping passes will be allowed access to the Camp Royale site.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be given to any guests, once the booking has been made.
Refunds will only be made in the very extreme circumstance of cancellation of Camp Royale. Eleven Events Ltd reserves the right to cancel the Camp Royale event, should any events occur which make the provision of a secure, safe and manageable site unworkable. In this extreme circumstance, the payment made for any Camping Pass will be returned to the guest. No further compensation will be made, in any circumstance, including indirect loss or disappointment.
To facilitate the safety, security and comfort of all guests, the site security team at Camp Royale reserves the right to refuse admission and to refund the value of the Camping Pass.
Parking
There are no car parking spaces on site. Public transport is strongly advised.
Jurisdiction
The contract between us shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law and the English courts shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between us.
Validity
If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
Third Party Rights
A person who is not a party to this agreement has no right under the UK Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any term of this agreement but this does not affect any right or remedy of a third party that exists or is available apart from that Act.
Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, together with the current website prices and confirmation e-mail, set out the whole of the agreement relating to booking made by a guest with Eleven events Ltd. Nothing said by any sales person on behalf of Camp Royale should be understood as a variation of these terms and conditions or as an authorised representation about the nature or quality of any services offered for sale by Eleven events Ltd. Save for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, Eleven Events Ltd shall not incur liability for any such representation being untrue or misleading.
Security
An appropriate level of security by licensed personnel will be on-site.
Items brought on-site
The following items are prohibited from the camp-site…. open fires, fireworks, flares, glass bottles, offensive weapons, illegal substances.
Eleven Events Ltd reserves the right to make searches of all guests and their property and to confiscate any items which may be considered a weapon or which are a threat to the safety or wellbeing of other guests.
Liability
Unless precluded by the law, Eleven Events Ltd will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense howsoever arising in relation to the provision of the booking and will not be liable to pay any guest any money by way of compensation.

are done on an ‘as is’ basis. Eleven Evemts Ltd makes no representations or warranties of any kind with respect to this site or its contents and disclaims all such representations and warranties. In addition, Eleven Evemts Ltd makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose of the information and related graphics published in this site. The information contained in this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. All liability howsoever arising for any such inaccuracies or errors is expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.Te
Neither we nor any of our directors, employees, contractors or other representatives will be liable for loss or damage arising out of or in connection with the use of www.camproyale.co.uk
. This is a comprehensive limitation of liability that applies to all damages of any kind, including (without limitation) compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property and claims of third parties.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to limit any rights a guest might have as a consumer under applicable local law or other statutory rights that may not be excluded nor in any way to exclude or limit our liability to a guest for any death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
Camp Royale does not accept liability for personal damage, losses or injuries sustained at its event from 28thth April to 1st May 2011. This includes damages and losses to property, if the cause is due to the negligence of the guest or the unforeseeable actions of other guests.
